Job Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions, to follow up all cheque clearance activities, and accounts of suspense nature, to ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts;
Qualification:BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study
Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Job Summary:

He/she conducts interviews, surveys, reviews documents, and prepares working papers, identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed, compiles and prepares reports of audit findings;

Job Summary:
The Cashier is responsible to keep dual control of vault key; overviews and checks all cash processes are properly executed and ensures compliance with all internal controls standards and limits; arranges cash shipment to and from issue account unit/division; prepares and signs the daily cash book; verifies cash in CROs’ boxes;
Qualification:BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study
Experience: two years’ work experience in cash management in financial institution.
