Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Experience: with a minimum of 2 years’ of experience in hardware maintenance.
The Junior Hardware Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance of hardware and software installation, updating, and troubleshoots applications.

Job Position 2 – Management Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management
Experience: with 3/4 years related work experience.
Management Assistant is responsible to perform basic knowledge in secretarial duties (organizing records, typing skills, computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill); registers and files letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and manage office equipments, screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.

Job Position 3 – Branch Manager – Grade I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study
Experience: with 3(three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position.
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
