Job Position 1 – Customer Service Supervisor  Grade  I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Accounting/ Management / Economics/ Business Administration or business related field of study with Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Duties and Responsiblities
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.
Work Place: Wolaita Sodo Branch

Job Position 2 – Branch Manager Grade I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business management/ Banking and Finance with A minimum of 6 years work experience in banking of which 2 years in Banking operation supervisory position.

Duties and Responsiblities
The Branch Manager Plan, coach and coordinate the activities of the branch motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service, Participate in development, expansion and management of custome and business relationships within the branch, concentrating efforts in meeting customer needs Identify and recruit potential customers, and provide professional advise
