Job Position 1 – Customer Services Officer I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting,Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience : 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
Job Purpose
handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,
Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.
Competencies Required
Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.

Job Position 4 – Branch Manager I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Job Pupose
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
The Branch manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he will prepare and submit annual budget, work plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder will also participate in various community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank

Experience: A minimum of 3 years work experience as Administrative Assistant Secretary/ Receptionist or related activities.
The Office Assistance receives and welcomes guests in the waiting areas of the Bank, handles visitor inquiries, receives phone calls and handles sending/dispatching and receiving mails to the proper address.
