Job Position 1 – Senior IT Security Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSC, MA, BSc, BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Technology or related fields of study
Experience;(5) years of Proven experience in security risk management, security incident response, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and security architecture design.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to safeguard the bank’s systems, networks, and data.
Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate threats.
Perform incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
Implement and manage security controls to protect sensitive data, systems, and networks.
Stay current on evolving security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing necessary updates and security patches.
Collaborate with IT operations, business units, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
Provide security awareness training and education to employees.

Job Position 2 – Human Capital Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study
Experience: 3 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and benefit administration etc activities preferably in the banking industry.

Duties and Responsiblities
Assisting in managing the recruitment process for open positions. This includes developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews to assess fit, and coordinating the overall selection process.
Providing comprehensive employee relations support. This involves managing employee communications, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and labor regulations.
Collaborating in designing and coordinating training programs. to ensure employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Job Position 3 – Senior Human Capital Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
