About the Job
Plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the Ahadu Bank’s IT assets which includes, developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.
Manage network services investment, provision and resourcing according to organizational policy and procedure.
Ensure successful planning and implementation of network development projects to timescale, cost and quality requirements.
Ensure LAN, WAN, data center, security systems and other electronic infrastructure.
Review and help identify and implement improvements to the provision of network service.
Provide operational and technical service for advanced information network hardware and software.
Monitor current network and computer-system configurations and performance; creating technical reports, recommendations, and solutions to meet short-range and long-range goals.
Identify, design, implement and maintain effective policies, procedures, tools, techniques and plan relating to network service level management activities.
Ensure consistent delivery and operation of high quality networking solutions, services and support to internal and external clients.
Supervise the design and implementation of short and long-term strategic plans to make certain Network capacity meets existing and future requirements.
Ensure consistent standards of stakeholder communication and customer service.

About the Job
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
The Branch manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he will prepare and submit annual budget, work plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder will also participate in various community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
