Job Position 1 – Customer Service Executive II
Required Qualification and Exprience
Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Purpose of the Job
To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Job Position 2 – Branch Manager Grade – I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa
Purpose of the Job
To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch
Job Position 3 – Messenger & Cleaner I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Grade 10th/12th Complete
Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience.
Age: Between 18 – 35
Place of Work: Dire Dawa
Purpose of the Job
To securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages and other items to intended location or recipient timely and appropriate manner and support the customer service process of the bank by keeping the work places clean and make it attractive for staffs and customers.
Job Position 4 – Security Guard – I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
Age: Between 25-50
Place of Work: Dire Dawa (Male & Female)
Deadline: November 24, 2023
Purpose of the Job:
To support the Bank’s operation through maintaining safety and security of the organization and its personnel, and ensuring secured customer services with welcoming environment.
