Job Position 1 – Junior Branch Operation Support Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related fields.
Experience: 1 year relevant Banking experience.
Job Purpose
To facilitate and provide regular support to regional Offices/branches in their effort of branch expansion and resource mobilization;
Specific Functions:
Assist in developing and implementing strategy to provide the necessary assistance, facilitation to branches/regions in their effort of maximizing revenue;
Provide the necessary facilitation and supports to the smooth operation of regions /branches;
Take part in development/review, proper implementation of branch operation procedure;
Collect and organize regions’ enquiries for facilities and services from the Head Office and follow up that they are all addressed as necessary;
Collaborate and complement other organs, regions/ branches on resource mobilization, branch expansion, cross selling and customer retention undertakings;
Handle other related duties as assigned by his/her supervisor

Job Position 2 – Customer Service Executive II
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, and related fields.
Experience: 7 years of Relevant Banking experience of which 2 years as Credit Analyst position.
Job Purpose
To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Specific Functions:
Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
Administer the Primary Vault dually with Branch Operation Manager/ Branch Manager;
Receive, verify, lodge and withdraw cash to/from Primary and Secondary Vault;
Receive or dispatch consignment of cash from/ to the Treasury;
Verify the daily cash receipts and cash bricks are in order, wrapped and initialed
Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers,
Perform other duties as required.

Job Position 3 – Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
Job Purpose
To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Specific Functions:

Essential Functions:
Respect and adhere to the traffic rules and road safety regulations at all times;
Transport individuals, cash and goods to and from destinations;
Interact with clients professionally at all times;
Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use;
Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date;
Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route;
Working at night, on weekends and holidays when requested;

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position
Job Purpose
To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
Specific Functions:
Plan and lead the enhancement of the resource mobilization activity of the branch by organizing
and effectively coordinating the branch workforce;
Aggressively engage in marketing and promotional activities by communicating with customers about the products and services available in the bank;
summary accounts of the branch and apply strict follow-up on controllable expenses;
Ensure that transactions are authorized immediately and end-of-business cycle processes are done on a timely basis.
