Job Position 1 – Strategy Implementation Follow up Officer

Required Qualification & Experience:
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years’ related experience.

Job Purpose
The jobholder is responsible for follow-up of the proper implementation of strategic initiatives of the Bank. The jobholder also supports organizational alignment to the Strategy for both business and support functions.

Job Position 2 – Transformation Projects Management Officer

Required Qualification & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance & Accounting or related field plus a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in project management areas.

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support activities related to transformational projects from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing and coordinating different initiatives or projects of the Bank from ideation through to completion by ensuring that all Bank’s projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project’s objectives are meet, desired results are achieved and the most efficient resources are used.

Job Position 3 – Branch Manager – Class IV Branch

Required Qualification & Experience:
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Job Position 4 – Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Required Qualification & Experience:
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.
