This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an authorized capital of Birr 300 Million.

Job Position 2 – Branch Manager II
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related.
Experience: 8 Years Banking Experience as Customer Service Officer, 3 Years Experience as Branch Manager or Equivalent
