This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27th June, 2009 with an authorized capital of Birr 300 million and subscribed capital of Birr 154.7 Million divided into shares of 1000 Birr par value each.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSC in IT, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related
Experience: Six Years relevant work experience.
Strong System Administration Skill
Knowledge of AIX/Linux Operating System, Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
Certification on Virtualization Technology or Server Administration and
Experience on IBM Power Server Storage is advantageous.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma/TVET Level IV in Electricity or related fields
Experience: At least 3 years proven experience in installing, repairing and maintaining all types of electrical system equipment and components.
Strong Computer Skill, knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the electrical trade; applicable electrical codes, standards; electrical application for high and low voltage electric system and regulations.
Ability to maintain, install and configure generators, UPS, AC and other electrical equipment.
The position may perform more than electrical duties such as fire, emergency power systems, and or security and alarm systems duties and
