Job Position 1 – Junior Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Educarion: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related. Proven work experience in marketing. Excellent interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of market research techniques.

Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and customers through research, networking, and referrals.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are creative thinkers, have a can-do attitude, and are driven to succeed.

Job Position 2 – Junior Sales

Required Qualificatiom And Experienc

Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: At least 1-year experience in sales, preferably in the same industry

Major Roles of Sales person
Selling Company goods with officially approved given price
Proper handling of customer who arrives in person or through telephone
Assessing same products market price and providing price samples for decision making.
Daily registration of sold products
Daily, weekly, and monthly sales report by excel sheet.

Job Position 3 – Senior Marketer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Marketing or a related field; MA degree in Marketing will be considered a plus
Proven 5 or more years of work experience as a Senior Marketing Officer, Marketing Manager or related fields
In depth knowledge of import, export and distribution industry, Experience in identifying target customers and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Excellent leadership and organizing skills

Job Position 4 – Senior Sales Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
BA in Marketing or Management with: 5 or more years as Senior Marketing Officer Work Experience in import export company.
Proven sales management experience.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Description of Duties

Involve in the formulation and implementation of the strategic direction of the business.
Involve in the development of policies and procedures for the trading business and lead in their implementation through the continuous review.
Involve in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and prospects for new business to meet set targets and participate in product development initiatives for the trading business.
Prospect and profile new business opportunities for trading services to expand the entity’s market share.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within existing client base

Job Position 5 – Import /Export Operation Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Minimum BA or MA   degree and 10 or 8 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Import /Export Company is an advantage
Required skills:
Four or more years of proven success in an operations management role
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications

Responsibilities

Develops strategic plan and implements the same up approval;
Works with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule and within the budget;
Prepares policies and procedures and manages properties;
Strong working knowledge of Import and Export procedures
Import and export management knowledge

Job Position 6 – Senior Logistic and Foreign Purchase Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA or MA degree and 7 or 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Import /Export Company is an advantage.

Job Description

Handle all logistics activities of export and import materials, spare parts and shipments.

Search and evaluate potential vendors and supplier
Checking all expense invoices related to Foreign Trade (Importing and Customs Agents) in accordance with price agreements, refusing the invoices that are not respecting the agreements and informing suppliers in due time.
Checking the country legislation and regulations related to import and export and communicating the related department in Head Office of the changes.
Obtaining (if needed) any authorization/license/certificate for importing the goods and being responsible for full compliance of certificates.
Organizing distribution of goods from import ports to the main warehouse
Preparing daily/weekly reports about performance
Participate in setting new internal processes and implementing an automated system

Technical and other skills
Integrated knowledge and understanding of Ethiopian Investment, Import / Export Customs and Duties concepts, practices, systems, and procedures,
Ability to interact and deal with people,
Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills,
Computer proficiency,
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Competencies
