Job Position 2 – Contract Administrator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc degree in Business Administration with minimum 4 years experiences.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator on construction fields.

Job Position 3 – Data Collector

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Junior civil engineer.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience in the construction is more preferable.

Job Position 4 – Site Forman

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Junior in civil engineering or at least 1 year of experience as a site Foreman.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Have a commercial awareness and ability to motivate others to increase teamwork and build methods and regulations relevant for the company productivity
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Position 5 -Landscape Maintenance and Follow Section Head

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSc/BSc in plant science/Environmental Science, Botanist Minimum of 5-7 years on supervision Head or as a team leader.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.

Job Position 6 – Store Head

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSc/BSc Logistics and have an experience in construction.
Minimum of 4 years as store Head or as a team leader.
Thorough understanding of Accounts, Inventory management & Budgeting.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
