Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields with 1 years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office.
Job Description:
Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Maintain proper Records and Files
Effects periodical payments on time.
prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.
Location: Under West Addis Ababa District
Position 2 – Relief Customer Service Officer I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics or other related
Experience: One (1) year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Description:
Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
Perform foreign currency exchange transactions based on customer requests.
Carries out other duties as assigned.
