It is to be recalled that Talent Acquisition and Management Department had announced vacancy to recruit competent Bank Trainees for 29 Districts. Subsequently, written exam was conducted at Addis Ababa University School of Commerce in 4 phases. Based on the written examination result sent from AAU College of Commerce, those who scored the approved cut-off were invited for interview which was conducted at your respective district from January 11-12/ 13, 2023.
Finally, the written and interview exam was centrally compiled and those who scored the approved bank wide cut-off point were proposed for employment and got approval.
