Job Position 1 – Senior System Administrator for Addis Ababa

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer engineering or any other equivalent field.
Professional certification in MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or A+ is an added advantage.
Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience.

Job Summary:
The Senior Systems is responsible for the crucial job of maintaining the computer systems of the Bank. In addition he/she will be responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and upgrading of Operating System, End User applications, IT equipment and Support systems.

Job Position 2 – District Credit Analyst for Bahir Dar District Office – Re advertized

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
Experience: At least five (5) years’ banking experience of which at least two (2) years in credit area.

Job Summary:
The Credit Analyst is responsible for activities related to credit analysis and appraisal in the District Office. These include identifying, mitigating factors for credit risk(s); making in-depth credit analysis and appraisal using appropriate analysis techniques; and ensuring that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Job Position 3 – Loan Provisioning Officer for Addis Ababa

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
Experience: At least four (4) years relevant banking experience

Job Summary:
The Loan Provisioning Officer is responsible for assisting in the follow-up of the loan provision capacity of the Bank in line with capital adequacy, asset quality, management soundness, revenue and profitability, liquidity, and sensitivity analysis.

Job Position 4 – Branch Relationship Officer – Pool under Hawassa District

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Banking, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

Job Summary:
The Branch Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers at assigned branch. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain existing and potential customers thereby generating additional business through cross-sell opportunities

Job Position 5 – Customer Service Manager – Pool for Hawassa District

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration.
Experience: Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels, supporting the Bank’s Growth
Job Position 6 – Relief Branch Manager – for Hawassa District

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor degree in a business related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration
Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience out of which One (1) year in supervisory post.

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
The Branch manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he will prepare and submit annual budget, work plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder will also participate in various community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.
