Job Position 1 – HR Operations Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration Management or related discipline.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience:  four (4) years relevant experience.

Job Purpose
HR Operations Officer is responsible for implementing the activities related to HR operations including participating in job design, recruitment, selection and orientation processes.

Job Position 2 – District Relationship Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: degree in Management Information System, Business Administration and Information System, Marketing or any other equivalent field.
Professional qualifications in IT is an added advantage.
Experience: five (5) years relevant experience
Place of work: Digital & Agency for West Addis Ababa

Job Purpose
District Relationship Officer – Digital & Agency is responsible for achieving business growth in Agency & Digital Sales by providing quality relationship management to new and existing customers in assigned district. The role holder is also responsible for sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain and enhance relationship with existing and potential customers by cross selling other Bank products and services to generate additional business.

Job Position 3 – Senior Credit & Financing Risk Analyst

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
Place of work: Addis Ababa

Job Purpose
Senior Credit and Financing Risk Analyst provides technical and operational support in identifying, analyzing and measuring credit and financing risks in the Bank. The role holder is also responsible for designing recommendations in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines

Job Position 4 – Senior Retail & Diaspora Business Officer-IFB

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.

Job Purpose
Senior Retail and Diaspora Business Officer – IFB is responsible for driving retail & diaspora business growth by implementing strategies, designing and executing marketing campaigns and monitoring business performance. In addition, the role holder is responsible for administering the cross selling effort of the bank products & services and support the provision of excellent customer service to IFB retail and diaspora customer

Job Position 5 – Senior Retail & MSME Product Development Officer – IFB

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management and/or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.

Job Purpose
Senior Retail & MSME Product Development Officer – IFB is responsible for developing Shari’ah compliant new products for the IFB customer segment in accordance to the approved principles, processes, standards and procedures. In addition, the role holder is responsible for proper implementation of new product and its effective commercialization. He/she searches new product and service opportunity in continuous and systematic manner.
