Job Position 1 – Performance & Total Reward Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related discipline from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

Job Purpose
Performance & Total Reward Officer is responsible for assisting in designing effective employee performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide feedback, foster employee development, recognize and reward employee contributions. In addition, the role holder is responsible designing reward programs, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices that align with the Banks’ strategy and banking industry benchmarks.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience

Job Purpose
Online Learning & Development Officer is responsible for organizing online trainings by scheduling, designing, facilitating, and coordinating internal /external-training programs. The role holder is also responsible for managing the proper design and distribution of training materials and arranging training site/room. He/she also participates in assessing training needs and outcomes.

Senior Talent Acquisition & Competency Development Officer is responsible for participating in developing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates; design end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection, and crafting employer branding strategies to attract diverse and talented candidates. In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing competency assessment framework and taking a part in design competency development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the Bank.

Job Position 5 – Senior Online Learning & Development Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Job Porpose
Senior Online Learning & Development Officer is responsible for coordinating and assessing current and future online training and development needs of the Bank through internet or other computer networks.
The role holder prioritizes needs, prepares training and development action plan and implements same upon securing approval. S/he also designs and recommends training programs and training methods, coordinates and organizes trainings and evaluates the trainings outcome and impact.

Job Postion 6 – Performance Management Officer

Job Purpose
Performance Management Officer is responsible to handle activities related with employees’ performance management. The role holder will measure employee performance and participate in providing feedback and handling of remedial actions intended for improved performance on an individual or team basis. He/she also assist in conducting research/studies in contributing to setting employees’ performance management policies and procedures for the Bank.

Job Position 7 –  Senior HR Operations Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration Management or related discipline.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Job Purpose
Senior HR Operations Officer is responsible for implementing the activities related to HR operations including participating in job design, recruitment, selection and orientation processes.

Job Position 8 – Senior HR Services Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration Management or related discipline.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
Senior HR Services Officer is responsible for participating in benefits administration, leave management, termination processes and the HR Helpdesk.
