Job Position 1 – Supply Chain Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA graduate in Supplies, Stores Management, or related discipline from a recognised University with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.75
Be proficient in basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experienc: minimum of 2-year experience in store management. (Knowledge of local and or foreign purchasing and general logistics is a plus).
Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
Should be self-motivated, able to work under minimum supervision as well as be a team player.
Possession of grade 2 driving licence is a must.
Responsibilities
Stores and inventory.
Local and import purchase reorder.
Coordination of Logistics roles and other general roles.
Reporting to: Supply Manager

Job Position 3 – Accounts & Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting. M.A. degree in relevant field of study is preferable.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience with a reputable organization out of which 4 years in equivalent position (experience in the trading sector is more advantageous).
Experience with IFRS and an ERP System will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience with Audit firm or auditing will be an added advantage.
Job Overview:
The Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the overall financial Accounting activities of the company, proper utilization of the company’s resources, proper costing and production of regular reports, building strong and effective relationships with work units and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in all business lines and governmental statutory laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Participate in the development of business strategic plan;
Formulate financial targets and budgets in accordance with the business & sales strategy;
Ensure the proper management of the Company’s cash flow, stock and availability of sufficient funds to meet the day to day payments;
Co-ordinate all outward and inward accounting activities of the Company and handle correspondence regarding accounts, and arranges settlement of balances;
Ensue and follow up the timely collection of credit sales as per the credit agreement;
Ensure the Company’s financial reporting complies with the relevant laws, regulations, accounting standards and best practice;
Handle the day to day dealings with banks, ensuring proper and timely collection of funds from customers, and ensuring the cash position of the company is efficiently maintained; Prepare periodical (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc.) plans, implement and report;
Advise the management on sourcing longer term financing;
Ensure the finance team is appropriately structured, skilled and motivated to meet the needs of the business in all business lines;
Communicate approved policies and procedures to work group, recommend changes where necessary and ensure compliance;
Give directives to budget centers for the preparation of their budget, collect, compile and present overall Company budget for approval, distribute approved budget to work units;
Prepare the Company’s consolidated annual financial report (balance sheet and profit and loss account) within the time limit stipulated in the financial policies and procedures manual;
Ensure effective utilization and proper maintenance of the physical assets of the Company.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
