Job Position 1 – Accountant

Required Qualificaion and Experience
Education: egree in Accounting and Finance or other related field
A minimum of three years’ relevant experience
Good communication skill in English.
Good interpersonal communication skills
Excellent computer skills: Ms Windows, Ms Word and Excel,
Be a team player and communicator and work under minimal supervision
Previous experience within a humanitarian aid organization (INGO) is a plus

Job Description
Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with state financial legal requirements and donor/organization guidelines
Check, prepare & do payments through cash, cheque, bank transfer
Keep detailed documentation of expenses (invoices, receipts…) and financial movements
Update the accounting system of the projects in Lotus
Ensure the settlement of monthly government obligation every month
Collect bank statement and prepare monthly bank, cash & JV reconciliation
Keep and manage petty cash
Scan and upload all relevant project documents and expenditures justification on drive every month before 15th of every month.
Keep update staff folders (employment contract, documents, leave request forms) and files (annual leave, attendance sheets……)
Control, with the support of Logistician at Coordination, that the log-sheet of vehicles, motorbikes and office generator are correctly field and kept
Prepare procurement supporting documents and keep track of orders, purchases and deliveries
Revise and file all the supportive document according to donor’s requirement
Assist the project manager
Assist the country administrator and Finance manager in anything he/she needs
Support the coordination office in Preparing all needed financial documents for audit process.
Perform any additional assignment according to the position, given by immediate supervisor.

Job Position 2 – Senior Accountant

Required Qualificaion and Experience
Education: BA degree in Accounting and Finance or other related field
A minimum of 5 years’ in relevant experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in with humanitarian aid organization (INGO)
Proven experience with double entry accounting system
Excellent computer skills: Ms Windows, Ms Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills in English – Spoken and written
Experience in working with AICS-Italian Cooperation financed projects is an asset
Good Italian language communication is an asset

Job Position 3 – HR Assistant

Required Qualificaion and Experience
Education: BA degree in HRM or Business Administration or any other related fields
1- 3 years’ relevant experience
INGO Experience is a plus

Job Description
Participate and organize assessment in recruitment and selection process
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Assist in the recruitment process to source candidates and update database
Send Reference checks for candidates
Prepare and share offers to Candidates
Secure that all staff has a safeguarding, PSEA and BSAFE certificate and has gone through the safeguarding training and refreshment training on yearly basis (schedule a timetable for staff)

Assist monthly payroll securing all staff Timesheets and eventual Overtime Sheets are duly filled, signed and uploaded in Drive
Ensure all staff and dependents are covered under the existed Insurance cover
Supporting the staff supervisors to execute staff appraisals on a six months basis (schedule and follow up plan)
Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Involve in investigation process
Follow-up staff exits process which includes following-up clearance, final payment, work certificate, insurance exclusions, etc.
Help to formulate different staff developmental programs that gears toward high employee engagement
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Taking part in regular staff meetings providing HR information after sharing opinion with HR Team
Performs any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Position 4 – Project Admin

Required Qualificaion and Experience

Job Description
The Senior Finance Supervisor will ensure, in collaboration with all finance and administrative staff the proper finance management of the Organizational a transparent and efficient level, in line with the Ethiopian Finance Laws and Regulations.

Manage the financial department of the Office;
Ensure proper financial and fiscal management according to Ethiopian Laws and Regulations as well as in line with the objectives of the projects and according to donors and Doctors with Africa CUAMM guidelines;
Reconcile general accounting on a monthly basis;
Secure Project Donor Finance Reports in due time in collaboration with the DCM and Admin Desk in Italy;
Provide support to Procurement Department in the tender evaluation process;
Provide support to the HR Department in recruitment processes, disciplinary actions, salary payment and documents storing.
