Job Position 3 – Administrative Assistant to CMT

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Office Administration/Secretarial Science/Business Administration/Management or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide secretary service to CMT including managing diaries, translating, drafting letter/replys and visitors management.
To proficiently arrange travel arrangements for all CMT and guests including the insurance and usage of air ticket, Visa work and residence permit, assist in travel, reception service and orientations of visitors to CMT.
To track travel expense and manage related reports.
To monitor requests, supply and usage of machineries for CMT
To be responsible for securing adequate housing contract and giving support in all administrative matters pertaining to expatriates’ relocation, repatriation etc
To take minutes of CMT with internal and external parties if required
To monitor and control the mailing activities and expense.
To monitor and oversee general affaris related to CMT office management, application and cancellation of legal documents such as passport, visa, resident permit, work permit, driving license etc.
Any other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor
