QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A Minimum of 12th/10 grade complete per the old /new curriculum with Dry II/public II driving license and minimum four years driving experience in ET or in known organization.
Auto/2nd grade driving license is advantageous

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of MSc Degree in Library and Information Science from recognized institution with Seven (7) years of relevant work experience from which at least Two (2) years at senior management level within higher education institution.
N.B. Having knowledge of management and implementation of services using information technology tools is preferred.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
