Job Position 1 – Office Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Tertiary level education with level II diploma and COC in a secretarial science, office management, or business administration
Experience: Four (4) years of relevant professional experience preferably in a project related environment
Skill:
In depth knowledge and skills of standard computer tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheet and adaptability to new ones
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Amharic
Duty station: Addis Ababa with field travels as may be required
Job Position 2 – Senior Procurement Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.A degree in procurement & supply chain management or related field from an accredited university. Additional certification in the field of procurement including eGP desirable
Experience: 10 years progressive experience working in procurement, and/or supply management half of which in government organizations and the remaining in donor financed projects
Skill:
Sound ability to assess costs, analyze project supply needs and to work independently.
Robust analytical and quantitative, communication, presentation and report writing skills
Thorough knowledge of procurement and supply chain management
Good command of reading and writing in English
Duty station: Addis Ababa with occasional field trips
