Job Position 1 – Junior Application Developer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
Experience: No Experience Required.

Dutioes and Responsiblities
Gathers and refines user requirements from business users, contributes to and assists in the design of corporate business applications, and produces requirements and design documents.
Develops application logic using programming language and unit tests the application by strictly adhering to software development life cycle process and method.
Fixes application bugs, maintains existing applications and gives application support as directed by the division manager.
Proactively communicate progress, issues, and risks on assigned tasks.
Contributes during JAD session and software design stage.
Participate in minor code development as directed by the division manager.
Administers and manages ETL, ensures that the data warehouse system is running smoothly without problem, and provides technical support on data warehouse system.
Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of data dissemination software.
Produce software documentation and learn key components of the software.
Generate various reports as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Position 2 – Network Administrator

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MSc/BSc, Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
Experience: 2/4 years of relevant experience in Network Administration related experience
Certification or License Required: Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCNP Security),Cisco or other vendor Voice or telephony Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), Unix/Linux

Duties and Responsiblities
Ensures the ECX HEAD OFFICE Trading floor network, ECX HEAD OFFICE LAN, the Internet and data links, the ECX’s primary data Centre network infrastructure, ECX’s Disaster recovery (DR) site network, ECX Wireless network ,ECX’s Voice network such as Telephone and the like are properly functioning , secured and Highly available
Ensures all published services such as corporate email, Trade application, WEB and others are accessed and secure
Ensures the ECX-Bank interface MPLS VPN network is properly functioning , optimized, highly available, and secured
Ensures the ECX-Authority WAN and ECX HEAD OFFICE – EACWASE Branches’ WAN are properly functioning,Highly available and secure
Ensures ECX’s video networks,such as surveillance cameras networks are working properly and secured
Ensures that The Regional Trading Centres LAN and HEAD OFFICE-Regional Trading Centres WAN,VPN are working properly,
Ensures the proper functioning of the ECX Network infrastructure and its devices at all time on working and non-working hours, locally and remotely
Participates on Network Infrastructure projects from initiation to full implementation as assigned by the immediate supervisor;
Serve as mentor and coach to co-workers
Updates ECX’s Network infrastructure architecture and ensure complete integration;
Participates in system/project testing, rollout and certification with other IT unit;
Works as part of a team providing 3rd line support for incidents and requests on IT Infrastructure issues, either directly or indirectly;
Regular backups and restores process; monitors devices/software licensing and usage;
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Position 3 – Senior Specialist, IT Audit

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MSc\BSc Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin & Information System (BAIS) or related field
Experience: 4/6 years of relevant experience in IT audit

Duties and Responsiblities
Participate in the development of risk-based annual audit and Inspection plan through collecting and analyzing planning input
Identify assessment of risk areas of individual assignments;
determine the objective and scope of the audit and prepares an audit program;
Participate in entrance conference held with the auditee/client and prepare minute;
Determine the audit procedures to be used including sampling methods and the use of information technology;
Identify the key control points of the system;
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of established internal controls including financial, Inventory management, procurement and the exchange’s operations;
Perform the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with the International standards for the professional practice of internal auditing;
Obtain, analyze, and appraise information as a bases for an informed, objective conclusion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed;
Prepare and submit working papers for review to the Head, Internal Audit and Inspection properly documented and referenced with evidences which support audit findings and conclusions, prepare audit query, send to the auditee and check the response if it needs extra discussion or evidence collection;
Participate in the exit conference held with the auditees and prepare minute;
Assist and/or prepare formal written audit report expressing recommendations and corrective actions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out;
Participate in inspection planning and meetings
Undertake inspection of the Exchange’s overall IT systems including data center facility, system administration, IT support, and infrastructure to design, recommend, and implement inspection programs as per plan;
Identify inspection indicators during ongoing inspection duties and alert the team of any inspection issue;
Conduct follow-up and surprise checks;
Report on the progress of mitigations or recommendations to schedule field activities accordingly;
Appraise the adequacy of corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions;
Participate in requested committee work; give IT-related consulting function and any
