Job Position 1 – Junior, IT Security
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Information Systems/ related fields

SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the development of draft annual plan of the division cascaded from the corporate strategic plan and develops individual annual performance plan
Actively participates in the development and revision of policy, procedure, guidelines and standards of the Division
Monitors the different security tools such as Firewall, IPS, Web Filter , Anti Spam and Antivirus licenses & repairing the IP and preforming data center segmentation to maintain IT security ,
Participates in regular IT security audit & risk assessment on ECX and Partner Networks and systems based on the ECX ITsec. policy & ISO 27001 and deliver reports
Proactively Maintains and proposes amendments (when necessary) to the IT security policy, standards & guideline to support secure design, deploy, monitoring, and disposal of information systems and infrastructures.
Properly responds to security incidents and requests to troubleshoot security issues.
Works with other IT staff in securing the organization and coordinate with the corporate Security Incident Handling Response Team (SIHRT) for security incidents (violation, breaches, attacks, system down…etc.), perform forensic analysis and submit the report
Participates in project Planning, requirement analysis and provide security inputs for the project
Assists in System Security Acceptance tasks for purchased equipment and software
Helps ECX comply with the National & International IT security standards
Performs Periodic security maintenance, patching and over haul
Produces periodic reports

Job Position 2 – Associate Database Admin
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSC in information technology, computer science and any other related fields
Experience: 2 years’ experience in Database Administration, Database Development ,Business information, Data warehouse and related work experience

Coordinates database infrastructure Administration of the Exchange and ensures ECX’s Databases data manipulation, modification, or reporting of ECX’s databases data elements are according to ECX’s Database policy and standard document.
Oversees and conducts restoration of ECX’s business databases, and ensures the backup of eTrade Application database and all business Critical databases of the Exchange and the restoration and recovering of corrupted business databases.
Participates in recommending the most effective way to increase database performance including hardware purchases, server configuration changes, and query tweaking or index/query changes
Ensures for all the ECX database policies and standards are followed on ECX database infrastructure.
Monitors the proper functioning of the ECX Database infrastructure at all time on working and non-working hours, locally and remotely and daily ensures primary and disaster recovery site databases are synchronized
Installs new, rebuild, repair existing or new Database Servers using established standards and requirements, and prepares Database testing environment based on design requirements.
Participates and assists Application developers on efficient database design, Updates eliciting business requirements and database development

Required Qualification and Experience

experience: 2 years relevant experience in System Administration, network, SAN administration and Virtual systems administration
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributes in ensuring that the ECX Trading Servers, Clearing and settlement, AD and all hardware, server resources are properly functioning, secured and highly available.
Contributes in ensuring the backup of all Critical systems such as Application servers, Email, files and others related
Contributes in installing new/rebuild/repair existing or new servers.
Monitors, record ,analyze , troubleshoot and report Systems and application event logs
Configures regular server updates and maintain latest OS and security patches.
Ensures the ECX’s Corporate messaging system is functioning, optimized ,highly available and secured
Ensures ECX’s corporate files on Server infrastructure are accessed properly, optimized ,highly available and secured

Remotely administers users’ workstations; administer shared resources such as disks, printers & SharePoint portal servers, user accounts, address books, e-mail accounts, regular backup and restore process;
Works with the DBA in backing up, restoring and recovering corrupted corporate databases;
Maintains local documentation;
Monitors and ensures availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and logs;
Schedules and verifies successful completion of jobs such as backups;

Supports central antivirus server management and policy configuring, testing and implementing, and updated signature distribution.
Ensures client antivirus implementation, monitoring, and logging of malware;.

Monitors local accounts as well as domain accounts and their privilege levels.
Monitors shared resource permissions.

SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the development of risk based annual audit and Inspection plan through collecting and analyzing planning input
Identify assessment of risk areas of individual assignments;
determine the objective and scope of the audit and prepares an audit program;
Participate in entrance conference held with the auditee/client and prepare minute;
Determine the audit procedures to be used including sampling methods and the use of information technology;
Identify the key control points of the system;
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of established internal controls including financial, Inventory management, procurement and the exchange’s operations;
Perform the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with the International standards for the professional practice of internal auditing;
Obtain, analyse, and appraise information as a bases for an informed, objective conclusion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed;
Prepare and submit working papers for review to the Head, Internal Audit and Inspection properly documented and referenced with evidences which support audit findings and conclusions, prepare audit query, send to the auditee and check the response if it needs extra discussion or evidence collection;
Participate in the exit conference held with the auditees and prepare minute;
Assist and/or prepare formal written audit report expressing recommendations and corrective actions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out;
Participate in inspection planning and meetings
Undertake inspection on the Exchange’s overall IT systems including data centre facility, system administration, IT support and infrastructure to design, recommend and implement inspection programs as per plan;
