Job Position 1Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance management and related field of studies with cumulative GPA above 3 for male applicants, 2.5 for female applicants
Experience: Junior Level (0 years experience
High skill in using pastry software
Good written and oral English Language skills required
Good skills in communications, technologies etc.
Previous related experience is an added advantage
Salary: Birr 10,000.00+2,000 transport Allowance
Grade 12 certificate
University degree and other relevant documents
Work Place: Head Office/Addis Ababa

Job Description
Accountants review and analyse financial statements, budgets, financial reports, and business plans in order to check for irregularities resulting from error or fraud, and provide their clients with financial advice in matters such as financial forecasting and risk analysis. They may audit financial data, resolve insolvency cases, prepare tax returns and provide other tax-related advice in reference to current legislation.

Job Position 2 – Program Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor/Masters of Arts Degree in Project Management, public administration, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, Sociology, Management, Social work, Special needs, and other related fields. 
Experience: 3 years for MA. and 5 years for BA. degree
Experience in program manager, project coordinator, Project manager, project team leader and other related positions
Managing international cooperation programs desired
Designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages
Good knowledge of program implementation, monitoring and evaluation techniques and practices.
Skill in Project cycle management
Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Good English written and oral skills required.
Salary:  40,000.00-45,000.00ETB

Duties and Responsibilities
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Lead and evaluate project managers, Project coordinator and other staff
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize Association
Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects
Prepare reports for immediate supervisor
