Job Position 1 – Security Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A Minimum of 12th/10th grade Complete per the old /new curriculum with a minimum of three years experience from known organization as security officer, police, military services areas.

Job Position 2 – Manager Revenue Management

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality / Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Economics / Marketing or any other business related fields with 9 years relevant experience out of which three years in supervisor or equivalent capacity

OR

MA Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality / Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Economics / Marketing or any other business related fields with 7 years of relevant experience out of which three years in supervisor or equivalent capacity

Essential Competencies:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

People
Monitor the activities of sales and marketing team to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures for operation.
Maintain sales and service standards of the hotel.
Takes responsibility for the team’s sales performance.
Lead and motivate the sales team to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objectives.

Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage on their network
Generate new business opportunities through various channels. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities.

Analyze existing approaches to business development and recommending changes as may be required

Report all generated revenue from sale and event, Marketing and promotion activity
Ensure Garant letter are provided on corporate clinet.
Ensure cash is deposited before the Event happens.
Check and confirm agreement on financial part.
