Job Position 1 – Casher & Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in accounting or related fields
Experience: 0-year for Degree or 1 year for Diploma in Casher & Accountant
Salary: – As per the company scale
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive payments from customers for purchases.
Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
Provide change and receipts.
Maintain a secure cash drawer and balance it regularly.
Follow procedures for handling cash shortages or overages.
Communication & Coordination:
Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including fair housing laws and lease agreements.
Assist with legal matters and tenant disputes as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and activities.
Job Position 2 – Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields
Experience: More than 4-year proven experience in Senior Accountant

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, assigns, coordinate and direct the work of subordinates engaged in the collection, analysis, posting and reporting cost elements.
Strikes to get the work completed on time by coordinating and complying the available human resources.
Tries to make use of modern cost accounting system in consultation with the finance manager.
Make endeavors to implement the cost and budgetary system based on the manuals of the company, and to make suggestions on certain improvements on the system, to its finance manager.
Participates in the preparations of annual budgets of the company and collects essential information prior to preparation.
Supervising recording and updating the Fixed Asset of the company on the fixed asset register card.
Participates and help in the taking of annual inventory.
Reports the stock items in terms of their price and size.
Analyzes budgeting and accounting reports for the purposes of maintaining expenditure controls and participates in administration analysis work.
Provides technical assistance to concerned officials in the preparation of their budget.
Analysis the cost and benefit of each truck and machineries used and report to the management.
Reports the annual depreciation of the fixed assets to the general accounts.
Provide budget and actual performance comparison reports to the management after the completion of the period.
Provide reports and other information about cost to finance manager.
Estimates the cost of incoming materials based on the historical cost data and related expenses.
Performs other related functions as required by the immediate supervisor.

Experience: 6 years of experience in sales activities preferably from an FMCG industry out of which at least 2 years in a senior/supervisory position

Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
Territory Management: Define and manage a sales territory, including identifying potential customer segments and opportunities within the region.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a detailed understanding of existing customer accounts, track their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop and implement strategies for identifying and qualifying potential new leads, converting them into qualified prospects.
