Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc in Engineering, Architecture or degree from a technical college

Experience: Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role 3- 5 years of experience in the same position.
Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software

Job Summary
Draftsman responsible to create drawings and plans that are used in manufacturing and construction, using both manual drawings and computer-based applications, such as computer-assisted drafting, the drafter creates two-and three-dimensional renderings of the finished project. Once drafts have been completed, the responsible engineers review them and decide on necessary changes to be effected and approve final drawings. Work as part of the Preventive and planning team to provide engineering draughting services. Maintain the drawing catalogue for the plant ensuring all drawings are accurate.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Engineering Degree Mechanical
BSc Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute
Experience: 9+ years’ experience in Preventive/planning Maintenance
Broad experience in the cement industry. Knowledge and experience of maintenance methods, tools and systems.
Experienced in working within an Inspection Driven Maintenance Strategy.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Job Summary:
The Preventive maintenance division manager is responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of plant assets. Guild’s efforts to ensure reliability/availability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems. Responsible for promoting the maintenance processes, ensuring the application of maintenance procedures, methods, and RCA best practices. Ensure planning of maintenance operations, looking for the optimum use of resources, equipment availability, and maintenance cost. Provide detail plans to improve both reliability and maintenance practices. Assist the Project and technical operational manager to prepare the maintenance budget and perform monthly gap analysis (actual vs. budget)
