Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Experience: One (1) years of relevant experience.
Experience in compliance area preferable.

Job Position 2 – Hardware Maintenance and Support
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field.
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience.

Job Position 3 – KYC & CATS Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Job Position 4 – Senior Network Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field.
Experience: A minimum proven experience of four (4) years in Enterprise infrastructure service is a mandatory requirement. Knowledge of WAN, Monitoring, and simulation tools, switching will be advantageous.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)
Job Position 5 – Director, CRM
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Eight (8) years of relevant experience for a master’s degree holder, or ten (10) years of relevant experience for a bachelor’s degree holder; of which three (3) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position specifically in the CRM area.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa ( Head Office)
COC related to the position is Advantageous
Training in IFB is Advantageous.
