Job Position 1 – Trainee Coffee Trader (Export)/ For Fresh Gradautes

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Agriculture, in other related fields of study with a G.P.A of 3.00 and above.
Work Experience: No work experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in Amharic and English.
Willingness to learn & explore things.
Detail oriented.
Passionate about commodity trading/export.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships and recommending solutions.
Assist in planning and implementing personal sales strategy for the assigned sales territory/ customer segment.
Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Interact regularly with customers through convenient means (i.e. cold and warm calls, email, etc.).
Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
Receiving and answering customer inquiries and issues.

Job Position 2 – Trainee Local Procurement Officer/ For Fresh Gradautes

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics & Supply Chain or in other related fields of study with a G.P.A of 3.00 and above.
Work Experience: No work experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in Amharic and English.
Willingness to learn & explore things.
Detail oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Categorize and compile purchase requests.
Assist in preparing bid document and bid advertisement.
Assist in preparing and send quotation requests for shortlisted suppliers.
Support market assessment efforts to ensure that the company is receiving the best price and quality.
Collect proforma from short listed suppliers and submit price summary to the management for approval.
Participate in bid opening and evaluate bidders’ financial proposal.
Prepare purchase order as per the specification on the bid document and follow-up timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain records of purchases, materials and their substitutes, suppliers’ performances, etc. to help inform decision over the procurement cycle.
Compare suppliers’ invoices and related documents with bids and purchase orders to verify accuracy.
Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders filled correctly and if they meet agreed specifications.
Hand over purchased goods as per purchase order to the concerned store keeper.
Settle purchase order based on inspection report and goods received voucher.
