Job Position 1 – Front Office Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc degree in telecom/ in Computer Engineering .with minimum Very Good overall grade
Project Experience
basic Knowledge with mobile Network
Familiar with Monitoring tools and process Preferred Experience in similar position with Mobile Operator
Job Description
The NOC-FO position deals with 24-hour surveillance and first-level operations and maintenance of Mobile Networks
Perform network surveillance and first level fault troubleshooting of Network Nodess. Alarm List Viewer, Alarm Handling and Remedy for trouble ticket with Follow up till it closure.
Perform network surveillance and first level fault troubleshooting of NE including Node-Bs and RNC with the use of Huawei tools
Escalate faults to back office and field maintenance. Faults which cannot be resolved at first level are escalated to back office and field maintenance engineers for further troubleshooting and resolution.
Perform shift routines and prepare daily and weekly reports on network faults, activities and T.T report Daily.
Perform BTS and BSC parameter modifications in support of NOC back office ( in critical cases ).
Audit in all T.T Opened daily with report at night Shift.

Good command of English spoken and written

able to work under stress
able to work in shifts (24/7)

Process professional knowledge
Resolved minor computer problems with navigation and data collection software.
