Job Position 1 – Wireless Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education : Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or related field
Language skills;
Fluency in English
Age and Company requirement;
Age < 25 years, willing to learn quickly, work under pressure effectively and efficiently, take responsibilities, timely solutions to issues, smooth communication internally and externally, cooperative(have good team spirit and communication skills), alert enough for Information and Cyber Security.

Huawei Trainings and Cerification
Responsibilites:
Clearly understand Sites Solution and accordingly Supervise onsite Installation.
Material Requisition(MR).
Subcontractor Support During Project.
Project Alarm monitoring after implementation and PAT communication with customer.
Work on Wireless daily maintenance work in cluding Customer issue handling , health check, service report.
Listening to voice of customers (VOC) and addressing, improve customer satisfaction and SLA
Responsibile For Enterperise Wireless Service:
eLTE Project support.
Maintenance.
Health Check.
Service Report.
Listening to voice of customers (VOC) and addressing the Issue, improve customer satisfaction and
SLA renewal.

Job Position 2 – Front Office Reporting Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Basic knowledge on Microsoft skill: Excel , ms word, power point
Job Description:
Well versed with MS office, Excel, Power point.
Responsible For daily and weekly TT reporting and analysis.
Ensure TT quality ; Escalate on time and accuracy
Monitoring For CRs surveillance quality:
Report sending on time and accurate
Daily report (Exco that should be update in daily base, morning evening that should be update For sending report)
Handover report
Know how of Access control procedures
Attended to all training and process review
Checking related emails (personally and group email)
