Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Administrative Services or Secretarial Science & Office Management or Management or Office Administration and Office Technology or related field of studies.
Experience: 2 years for BA

Organization and Planning skills,
Time management skills
writing and Fluent speaking in Afan Oromo and English languages is advantageous.

Job Position 2 – Van Sales Representatives

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or Business Management from recognized University
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in related business respectively

Skills
Having good interpersonal communication skills, capable of working in team and knowledge of the existing business environment

Job Position 3 – Enterprise Systems and Application Expert

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Computer Application , Database Administration , Information System , Information science , Information data Science and Analytics and related field of studies
Experience 2 years for Bsc Degree/0 years for MSc

Job Position 4 – Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Masters Degree in Business Accounting with IFRS implementation knowledge. CPA or equivalent would be an asset
Educational background
Accounting or Accounting and Finance or Management or Business Administration or Public Administration or related field of studies.

Experience:5 years for BSc/BA (5 years of experience in the finance function in which 2-3 years in Microsoft D365 Finance (or equivalent) implementation experience in Dynamics 365 F&O)
3 years for MSc/MA ( 5 years of experience in the finance function in which 2-3 years in Microsoft D365 Finance (or equivalent) implementation experience in Dynamics 365 F&O)

Special training needed to perform the Job
Microsoft Dynamics D365 Functional Certifications highly desirable including:
Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification or
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
Or Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations

Skills
The candidate must possess deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution implementation areas, specifically in the areas of Finance.
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations

Job Position 5 – Senior Construction Resource Management Head / Equipments Administration

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Diploma in Automotive Technology or BSc in Mechanical Engineer and Related fields
Experience: 8 years for Diploma/6 years for BSc
