Position 1 – Senior HR Officer

Qualification:BA degree in business management, public Administration, and HR management or related fields.
Work Experience:Minimum of five years’ experience as Human Resource officer, preferably experience with a FMCG company and at least four year working experience as a senior HR officer.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma in Mechanics and Six years of direct experience, five years of procurement and value chain management, or five years of supply and logistics management.

Qualification: BA degree in business management, public Administration, HR management ,Computer science  related fields
Work Experience: Minimum of four years general service and property officer experience, preferably experience with a fast moving company and should have served as a general service  officer for minimum 2 years.

Skills Required:

Computer skills, Micro soft word and excel is essential
Must be able to manage multiple tasks.

Exceptional communication skills, judgment and decision-making ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, interpret and summarize documents.

Position 4 – Accountant (Buna Qela)

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, financial accounting   and other related field of studies from a recognized university or a master’s degree in accounting.
Experience:Minimum of four years’ experience out of this at least one and above year in NGOs with Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or  Accountant

Additional Qualification

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
high level of integrity and accountability, serious and hard-working, eager to learn, good feedback mentality, strong communications skills, very structured, team player

Candidates are required to have good references and who have worked for an international company or have experience in a NGO are preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Problem solving and decision making skill
Excellent and demonstrated skill in computer MS word, excel, power point, outlooks , emails, Good experience of Peachtree Accounting Software and able to plan effectively and efficiently.

Basic proven managerial skill. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
He /She must be comfortable in being a proactive member of the department and seek to identify and communicate potential problems and propose solutions to the level of management appropriate to effect solutions.
Ability to carry out responsibilities independently with minimal technical support from within the organization and Ability to work under demanding environment.
Patient and good communicator who can function in an organizational environment involving a diversity of cultures, languages, and personal interests and agendas.
