Qualification, Expeince & Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management
Experience: Not Required
Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Officer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will assist with marketing campaign, branding, and advertising efforts. They will also contribute to market research and analyze data to provide insights into consumer behavior.
Key Objectives
Conduct digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Create engaging content for social media platforms and website.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Assist in organizing and managing events, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage the company’s social media presence and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools and identify opportunities to improve the company’s marketing efforts.
Follow up Marketing Payments and documentation.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print marketing.
Work with designers to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Assist in organizing events and promotions to drive brand awareness.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budgetary constraints.
