Job Position 1 – Digital Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and online advertising.

Duties and Responsiblities
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving online engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for social media.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent content creation and copy writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online sales.
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, to attract and retain followers.
Plan and implement online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and re-targeting.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Job Position 2 – Field Sales Executive

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the personal care or FMCG sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships with retailers, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
Identify and engage potential customers, including retailers and end consumers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team.
Ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
