Our client, Addis Life Real Estate Plc, is engaged in residential and commercial real estate development. The company invites applicants for the position of an IT administrator with the following main duties and responsibilities
Job Position 1 – IT Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: degree Degree in Computer Science or software engineering with at least 2 years of relevant expereince.
Experience working with ERP would be an advantage.
Job Description
Providing support for Microsoft operating systems and programs as well other common small business applications.
Perform necessary maintenance, solve PC hardware, software, or minor network problems.
Provide troubleshooting and support for internet connectivity and email issues as they arise.
Maintaining and updating virus protection on desktops, and other software installation as required.
Fix and repair printers, scanners and other peripheral devices as required.
Assisting with network administrative services (Passwords, Email Accounts, Troubleshooting, and Security)
Keeping a record of documentation of resolutions for future reference
Assisting with projects and other relevant duties as required
Job Position 2 – Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field with and 5 years relevant experience
Job Description
Develop the Marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Ensure target setting & monitor them closely for performance
Maintain effective communications with customers and the Operations Department to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Coach departmental staff in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within the team
Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer service strategy
Identify & implement actions for closing possible results gaps
Build excellent relationships
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget and planning ahead.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Conducting market research
