Job Position 1 – Chief Corporate Services Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, international trade or other Business related fields Or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Accounting or Marketing or international trade and other Business related or equivalent with 10/12 years of banking experience (relevant experience in finance, HR and Procurement) respectively of which 4 years in a senior management role.

Job Purpose
The job holder provides leadership for effective finance and support services for the Bank. He/She will provide oversight for prudent financial, treasury and fund management; procurement and warehousing; property administration; construction project management; general and technical services.He/She is responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of human resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives.

A key part of this role is providing leadership in effecting a results driven performance management culture, organizational development initiatives and ensuring staff motivation and a conducive working environment. The jobholder will also provide oversight for the Bank’s security services

Job Position 2 – Director Strategy And Business Development

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Language and Literature or Secretarial Science and Office management and/or other Business related fields with 7/9 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in a senior executive administrator/ executive administrator role/Administrative assistance II.

Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for the development of the Bank’s corporate strategy. S/he monitors and evaluates the strategy implementation against set targets and recommends measures to keep the strategy execution process on track and ensure the successful accomplishment of activities in strategic planning and monitoring,

provide high level expertise that enhance the competitiveness of the bank through crafting policy advice and developing long, medium and short term strategies, coordinate and lead the efforts of all units under the department and follow-up and monitor activities of strategy formulation, change management, monitoring and evaluation so as to enhance the bank’s success and ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Position 3 – Director Human Resource

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s Degree in Human resource, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, international trade or other Business related fields Or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Accounting or Marketing or international trade and other Business related or equivalent with 8/10 years of banking experience (relevant experience in HR) respectively of which 3 years in a senior management/manager role.

Job Purpose
