REACH Ethiopia is a non-profit local organization established and registered as an Ethiopian Residents’ Charity. It strives to contribute to community development through the implementation of innovative and targeted project interventions to deliver quality health services for disadvantaged communities. Since its establishment in 2013, REACH Ethiopia has implemented community-based TB care interventions and integrated health service projects in Dire Dawa, Sidama, SNNP, Afar, and parts of the Oromia Regions.
REACH Ethiopia in collaboration with the Ministry of Health is currently implementing different projects throughout the country. The main goal of the projects is to contribute to national efforts to achieve the END TB 90(90)90 milestone set for 2035 by increasing the quality, access, utilization, and sustainability of TB services in the project implementation area.

Job Position – Driver
Required Qualification and Experience
Educatin:Vocational/Auto mechanic diploma is required.
At least five years of prior experience as a driver is required.
NGO experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
Computer literate and basic skills and qualifications in motor mechanics are added advantages.
Proven punctuality and ability to work as part of a team and excellent references are a must.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
Display cultural, gender, religious, and age sensitivity and adaptability

Essential Functions
Driving, maintaining, and servicing the project vehicles in keeping with the highest safety standards.
Ensuring proper long-term and day-to-day maintenance of all vehicles, including checking oil and other fluids, battery, brakes, tires, and other critical equipment.
Performing pick-ups, deliveries, and repairs and making purchases of office supplies as directed by the supervisor.
Keeping a log of vehicle use, maintenance, and service.
Greeting and directing visitors.
Arranging for the collection and delivery of mail or documents, as directed.
Other duties as assigned by superiors within the driver’s capacity.
Provide withholding tax receipts up on deductions as per the tax law.
Logistics Support
Assist supervisor in all procurement processes;
Collect Quotations, receive procured goods and arrange transportation to their final destination(s);
Collect and distribute mail and coordinate courier services
Organize store materials delivery from suppliers to warehouse, Vice versa
Organizing training expenditures documents and preparing expenditure summaries
Assist in preparing forms, documentation and filing records.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor, which are in line with the general concept of this position.
