Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA  degree in accounting and finance and other related fields Experience:  a minimum of 4 years direct experience in merchandising/construction/manufacturing companies/factories with proven peachtree accounting software practice.

job summery
the accountant will support general accounting process of the company such as daily financial transactions and reporting, reconciliation of cash collections, facilitate payables, receivables, manage and effect payroll , and tax.

Responsibilities
manages the day-to-day accounting transaction
records daily sales transactions and expense with peachtree
undertakes reconciliation and posting subsidiary ledgers with general ledgers
prepares /check cash payments and cash receipt voucher with the appropriate documents
prepares, check, reconcile and declare income tax, pension contribution, withholding tax, cost sharing, stamp duty and vat to the appropriate government organization monthly
maintains and controls stock
posts incoming and outgoing stock into the system
reconciles inventory accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
prepares weekly, monthly, annual reports for inventory valuation
prepare journal voucher monthly
prepares and check daily laborer payroll weekly/biweekly
prepare employee salary (including payroll reconciliation)
prepares and follows up of daily cash flow
follows up the status of customer by site (customer follow up) and office rent periodically
checks cost sheet for the project (site materials cost sheet)
maintains fixed asset record
prepares import cost sheet and liquidation of git
prepares weekly and monthly management reports
supports closing of annual financial report
performs other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Position 2 –  property manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA degree in management/business administration or related fields
Experience: a minimum of 6 years work experience in management of which 2 years’ experience in property management or ba degree in management/business administration or related fields
Experience: a minimum of 8 years work experience in management of which 2 years’ experience in property management.

job summary:
the property manager is responsible for the efficient management of commercial properties. this involves determining rental rates, marketing, handling tenant relations, and overseeing maintenance. added to this, he/she is responsible to ensure that commercial properties meet the needs of their tenants through managing all aspects of assigned properties.

Responsibilities:
prepares and manages budgets of the property department by forecasting requirements and analysing variances, data and trends;
establishes appropriate rental rates by conducting market research and determining costs and considering profit goals in consultation with immediate supervisor; attracts new tenants for vacant spaces through advertising, promotion and encouraging referrals;

facilitates meetings with potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications as per the policy and procedures of the company;
addresses tenants’ complaints through maintaining a positive and productive relationship with them;
inspects and arranges maintenance to meet standards through contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance works;
facilitates rent collection and handles operating expenses;
investigates &resolves customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner;
organizes incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports;
ensures security of premises and maintains security devices and makes ready for both existing and new occupants;
supervises daily housekeeping service to the expected level of cleaning standards;
manages property expenses and initiate corrective measures; and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data to immediate supervisor;
prepares periodic reports (weekly, motherly, half yearly and annual reports) to his immediate supervisor;
preforms other similar activities as assigned by the ceo.

Required Qualification and Experience

minimum of 10 years for ba degree out of which 5 years of experience in managerial position in similar industries.

conducts regular reviews of the brand and customer satisfaction on continuous basis;
conducts periodical market research;
ensures that sales is recorded, compiled and analyzed for future planning;
prepares and submits periodic reports to the ssd.
