Job Position 1 – Administrative Assistant

Requiref Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree office management, accounting, or related field.
Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in admin assistant position.
Proven experience in administrative, HR, and finance roles in private sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR and finance principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Position 2 – Import & Export Officer

Requiref Qualification and Experience
Education: BA in Business Management, Accounting & Finance and
Have at least two (2) years working experience in import/export.
Familiar with Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.…
Filing and paper management.

Job Position 3 – Human Resources Manager

Requiref Qualification and Experience
Education:A minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multi-business units’ private organization.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects across various business units.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Oral and written communication
Time management
Problem solving
HR certifications are a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of different business units, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple teams
