Job Position 2 – HR -Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in management, Administration, or relevant social Science fields

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and maintaining training records.
Assist with documentation by compiling personal files both in hard and soft copy.

Assisting in sourcing and editing multimedia content, including photos and videos, for use in promotional materials.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSC/Diploma in Nursing or Public Health (Senior Clinical/Public Nurse or above).

Knowledge, Skills and Ability
Demonstrated skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring
Knowledge, training and experience in CMAM and community mobilization/BCC
Demonstrated skills in peer group training, Training of Trainers and development of training materials.
Fluency in spoken and written, English and Local language Afan oromo.
Strong computer (Microsoft skills), all and interpersonal skills.

Job Position 6 – MEAL Coordinator -Replacement
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree or equivalent in MEAL, statistics, Development Studies, or other related fields.
Field-level experience in MEAL for INGOs in international development and emergency programs
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in MEAL and preferably in the INGO environment, including significant field operations experience running both development and emergency programs.
Knowledge of key institutional donors and their compliance requirements in respect of the MEAL system
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
Experience in solving complex issues through analysis, the definition of a clear way forward, and ensuring quality and accountability.

Ability and willingness to change work practices and hours in the event of major emergencies including traveling at short notice and for extended periods of time.
Highly organized with good administration skills for order and information management, able to develop filing systems.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Gender studies, sociology, social work, Development studies, Public Health, Health Officer, Health Promotion and Health Education, specific experience of working on gender and sexual and reproductive health aspects in rural areas and other related social science fields.
Experience
Recommended a minimum of three-year experience with solid experience in SRH/FP and gender integration.
Skills in designing and implementing gender integration policy and strategy at different institutional level.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel throughout the focus zone, woredas, kebele and other rural areas as needed.
Strong results orientation.
Experience in multi-sectoral coordination.
