Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work: – Areb Sefer (Hawassa), Aweday, Maraki (Gonder) and Shindi
Job Position 2 – Senior Customer Service Officer I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience
with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer
Place of Work: – Dire Dawa
Job Position 3 – Senior Auditor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Computer Science, Information
Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service as Internal IT Auditor, System
Administrator, Network Administrator or Security Administrator
Place of Work: Head Office
Job Position 4 – Branch Manager I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: – Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level
Place of Work: – Areb Sefer (Hawassa) and Bishoftu
