Job Position 16 – Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Director, USAID New Primary Education Activity (NPEA) Project/ Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Required Professional Experience and required qualification
Minimum of seven (7) years professional experience in a senior M&E position responsible for implementing M&E activities of international development projects.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, and developing M&E and performance monitoring plans.
At least five (5) years of experience with USAID grant experience, their history and their development; mastery of USAID regulations governing such programs.
Proven success in leading the design, implementation, monitoring and learning of project MEAL systems for USAID-funded projects in Ethiopia.

Required Qualification and Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in financial management of large-scale, complex, donor-funded programs.

Job Position 19 – Case Manager: / Afar, Ethiopia

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: University degree in Psychology, sociology and related social science fields
Experience in leading/coordinating WGFS in emergency project is required.
Proven experience in designing and implementing emergency response projects.
Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards in response projects coordination is preferred.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
Experience and proved good communication skills, management skills – study level IV and V of the Occupational Standards/University Degree. At least 2 years of work experience out of which 1 year in supervisory/managing protection project in emergency context.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Knowledge of and ability to implement GBV standards
Awareness of emergency responses and interest to work in fragile context
Experience and ability to work, communicate with partners and stakeholders in different context.
