Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in accounting, finance, banking, business, or related field
Experience: 1 year and above relevant experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous
Job Position 3 – Internal Audit Department Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Msc/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics or related
Experience: 5/7 Years in relevant work experience out of which 4 years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous
Job Position 4 – Risk & Compliance Department Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration Accounting and related
Experience: 5/7 Years in relevant work experience out of which 4 years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous
Job Position 5 – Credit Service Division Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration related with
Experience: 5/7 years relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in the banking industry or microfinance
Job Position 6 – Senior MIS Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Msc/Bsc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field of profession
Experience: 3 years and above relevant Experience. Microfinance Sector is experience is preferred
Job Position 7 – Senior Marketing Office
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, and related.
Experience: Three (3) years and above Experience. Digital Marketing experience is required.

Required Qualification and Experience
