Job Position – Administrative Assistance

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.
Employment Type: Full time on the bank premises
Deadline: June 25, 2024

Core Competency
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Work independently and organize complex clerical tasks
