Job Position 1 – Junior Digital Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 2 years work experience in the digital marketing area.
Experience: Two (2) years in supervision position within digital marketing area.
Knowledge of MS Office, E-commerce, and online marketing is advantageous
Place of work: Addis Ababa, Head Office

Job Position 2: Full Stack Developer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Computer Science,  Computer Engineering,  Information System,  Information Science,   Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience;
Knowledge in Java programing Language API development, Integration with third party system, Oracle database and other DBMS system and SQL query language.

Job Position 3 – UI/UX and Design Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with in fintech
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills.
Proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of design principles and user experience best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to create compelling visual designs and interactive prototypes.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus

Job Position 4 – Senior Product Management Officer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/bachelor’s degree in management/accounting/economics/marketing or related field and 3/5 years of product management experience in banking or financial service industry
Strong understanding of digital product development and management.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
