Job Position-Junior Human Resources Officer
Required Qualification And Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.
Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and employee record keeping.
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate employee training and development activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
