Job Position-Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager
Required Qualification And Experience
Education :Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.).
Licensed to practice law in Ethiopia.
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive legal experience.
At least 3 years in an in-house legal or corporate legal environment.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or a multinational organization is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in litigation, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal advisory.
Requirement Skill
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Ethiopian laws and regulations
Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, litigation, and regulatory compliance
Good understanding of contract management
Location:Addis Ababa, with flexibility to travel to other Holland Dairy sites as required.
